This episode was inspired by something I read about Oprah in Success Magazine about 15 years ago. They had done a profile where she revealed the one thing that had the greatest impact on her life. She kept a gratitude journal. At the end of each day she would write down 5 things she was most grateful for. She felt that act alone had the greatest impact on her success in business and life. Today, gratitude is common practice amoungst abundance-minded people. But there is only one problem with it. It's an internal exercise done in isolation. Gratitude can have an exponential impact when it is expressed externally to those we are grateful for. In today’s show I share 3 possibilities on how you can go about doing that. And the best part! All are free and super easy to implement right now.
