Since 2016 my MyFitness Pal weight chart has more ups and downs than there are waves on the ocean.

My success comes when I journal my food and exercise.

My problem comes once I reach my goal and then stop journaling.

Because of your success I will once again lose the weight (67 pounds this time) but will commit to journaling after I reach my goal weight.

Thanks for reinforcing behaviors that have worked for me in the past.

Wondering what your daily caloric intake was while you were losing weight? 2,200-2,400 calories is your maintenance level.

It was the same Carl. The idea was to find my calorie sweet spot and just stay there.
