On Sunday I sent out an an email highlighting 5 Successful Body case studies. (Well worth the read if you haven’t got a chance to do so yet.)
Those case studies are no accident. When I work one-on-one with someone, I teach them the same framework I used to build my version of a successful body.
It’s call “The Successful Body Framework.”
As you can see, there are 4 key areas that I focus on.
The first is Eating Intelligence (EI). There are a core set of eating behaviours I teach that help people become much smarter about how, when, how much, what and why they eat what they eat. This quadrant alone is what I believe is responsible for 90% of my success.
The second is Training Intelligence (TI). Once someone has their Eating IQ firing on all cylinders, we begin to focus on a smarter, counter-intuitive way to train that requires only 10-minutes a day. It’s literally all I do. I call this 10-Minute Body or 10MB.
The third is Mindset Intelligence (MI). Everyone thinks, but not everyone thinks intelligently in all areas of their life on a consistent basis. There are lots of examples of brilliant people in the world who struggle with thinking clearly and intelligently when it comes to building their version of a successful body. I know because I was one of those people for about 53 years.
What I teach in this section is what I call my 50 Laws of Weight Loss Success. There are laws for physics, nature, and marketing, why aren’t there natural laws for weight loss success? Well now there are and I teach my students what they are so they don’t violate them.
The last pillar of my framework is Behaviour Change Intelligence (BCI). Remember that course you took in school that taught you the framework on how to solve your most troubling and persistent problems? Oh wait! THERE IS NO COURSE ON THAT!
As a result we have been forced to fumble our way through life falsely believing that our flaws (which are temporary) are something we must painfully endure for the rest of our life. To that I say, “NOPE! YOU ARE NOT YOUR FLAWS!”
And using tools like my vision ladder, behaviour ladder, ScoreCards for Success and my most profound concept to date, ETERNAL HABITS (learning how to do the right behaviours for a lifetime vs. some finite period of time), incredible transformation is possible as I show in the case studies of the first 5 people I have worked with one-on-one.
