Hi Dean. I agree. Whenever I stopped checking the scale because I did not want to know, that is when the weight creeped up and before I knew it, I had gained 15lbs in less than a year. I have reached my goal weight of 110lbs and am in a maintenance phase now. I will continue to log my food and weigh myself everyday to stay within 2-3 lbs of my current weight.
I really like the MyPlate app for tracking my food. That and weighing myself every day has helped me lose 18lbs since the end of May.
