I really like the MyPlate app for tracking my food. That and weighing myself every day has helped me lose 18lbs since the end of May.

Dawn that’s awesome! People dramatically underestimate the profound impact of weighing oneself everyday has. And logging foods is the most powerful essential habit I have. Hi Dean. I agree. Whenever I stopped checking the scale because I did not want to know, that is when the weight creeped up and before I knew it, I had gained 15lbs in less than a year. I have reached my goal weight of 110lbs and am in a maintenance phase now. I will continue to log my food and weigh myself everyday to stay within 2-3 lbs of my current weight.
