3/ Two for one mindset.
I have struggled to make progress on my middle split training so I have decided to add this exercise to my leg training protocol this week. It’s hard, but I love it.

5/ The shape of weight loss.
This is the weight loss journey of a friend — he started out as a client — from Australia who I just finished working with.
Takeaway #1…
He’s a 49 year old giant (6 ft. 3 in.), and he accomplished these results while traveling around Australia in an RV with his wife and 5 year old son for the past year. For 99.9% of people, that would have been the reason they couldn’t fix their weight gain issues.

He struggled to consistently implement the concepts I was teaching for the first 6 months, so his early results look more like a volatile stock. But he did something 99.9% of people don’t do. He didn’t quit. He showed up everyday intent on figuring things out.

There was a clear turning point where he finally figured out how to eat. And it was nothing extreme. He just focused on consistently eating within his calorie sweet spot (2200 calories a day) while not over-indulging on the foods that make him fat. And that consistency has resulted in effortless weight loss.
